Applied AI at SNCF

Since July 2025 his mission has been to grow digital innovation in the TGV Marketing division and make generative AI a concrete lever for business teams. In a few months the team has used 240 billion tokens and built more than 20 internal apps, with up to 5 AI agents per task.

  • Booking a TGV ticket by voice

    The first TGV ticket booked by voice in December 2023 with OpenAI, then the use case in production, and a first speech-to-speech AI built to support the phone line.

  • Patrick Code

    A self-hosted coding-agent orchestrator (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode) plugged into the group's AI providers (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry), used by several group entities.

  • Creative Studio & Presentation Studio

    Internal generative platforms, entirely vibe-coded, used by 400 to 500 people every month.
